WRAP AROUND CHILDCARE INFORMATION AND APPLICATION FOR KINGS HEATH PLAYCARE SEPTEMBER 2023 INTAKE

Dear Parents and Carers,

We are sending you this information relating to our provision of wrap around childcare services, the attachments contain information relative to our sessions, activities and our fees.

We have provided you with a link to an online form where once submitted (please note the cut off date is Friday 19th May) we will process all applications and contact you week commencing Monday 12th June with your awarded childcare.

Please use this LINK to complete your application form for this years September 2023 intake, the link will go live as of the 27th April.
