Please find attached the booking form for Summer 2024 holiday provision, please complete your booking form and submit it electronically stating the method of payment and providing proof of payment with your booking form.  We will reply via email to confirm you booking, once confirmed please make payment (if payment is made without confirmation that space is available you may incur a delay in a refund or have to use the payment as credit towards another holiday provision)

We will be delivering a 6 week provision over the summer holiday (closing Friday 30th August) from the large school hall, with drop off and collection at the main entrance of the school. We will be providing breakfast and high tea for the children and offering different activities along with arts, crafts and plenty of outdoor activities.

Should your child be accessing us for the first time please complete the attached registration and consent form. If you are a new user, please contact us via phone (0121 444 5826) to discuss any requirements.
