Summer Holiday Provision 2023 Booking Form

Dear Parents and Carers

Please find attached the booking form for our summer holiday provision, please complete your booking form and submit it electronically stating the method of payment and providing proof of payment with your booking form.

We will be delivering a 6 week provision over the summer holiday (closing Monday 28th August for the bank holiday) from the large school hall, with drop off and collection at the main entrance of the school.  We will be providing  breakfast and high tea for the children and offering activities of a springtime theme along with arts, crafts and plenty of outdoor activities.

Should your child be accessing us for the first time please complete the attached registration and consent form.
