Please find attached the October holiday provision booking form and program being delivered by Playcare, this will run from Monday 27th October through to Friday 31st October.

Should you have difficulty in completing either format of the form attached, please let us know your requested usage and we can transfer it on to a booking form for you.

We have already had a considerable amount of interest and are expecting places to go very quickly, therefore suggest booking without delay.
