May 2026 Half Term Provision

Dear Parents and Carers

Please find attached the booking form for our May Half Term 2026 holiday provision running from Tuesday 26th May through to Friday 29th May 2026.

When booking please contact us on a separate email so that booking requests are not lost through this thread.
Should you have difficulty in completing either format of the form attached, please let us know your requested usage and we can transfer it on to a booking form for you

Please note we are unable to refund voucher payments but can offer credit for usage.  We require 7 working days notice of cancellation, this needs to be emailed to kingsheathplaycare@gmail.com

We will be delivering a full fun filled provision over the week operating from the large school hall, with drop off and collection at the main entrance of the school. We will be providing breakfast and high tea for the children and offering different activities along with arts, crafts and plenty of outdoor activities.

Please can we remind parents we are a 'Nut Free' provision due to children attending with severe allergies, please bear this in mind when packing your child's lunch for the day.
