2025/2026 Place Allocation Form
Dear Parent / Carer
Kings Heath Playcare is a children’s charity based on the school site, we are an independent business offering wrap-around childcare at either end of the school day and throughout the school holidays.
We believe our fees for sessions are very competitive with other out of school provisions in the area, our prices for September 2025 are set at £6.10 for a morning session, £14.85 for an afternoon session and at the discounted price of £18.50 for both sessions. Existing users of our service will notice a slight increase, this is due to an increase in cost of utilities, resources and other outgoings.
Our infant provision is based on the school site and our junior provision is based in the school halls of a morning and over at the community centre on Heathfield Road of an afternoon throughout the term.
Our sessions operate 7.45 - 9.00 am and 3.15 - 6.00 pm.
During the sessions children are able to help themselves to snack, be it at breakfast and/or a healthy evening snack (menus are displayed at both sites) additionally the children are able to access play-based activities including arts and crafts, construction, ICT and outdoor play spaces and games.
Our organisation has expanded over the last few years and whilst we endeavour to meet the needs of all of our parents, scheme only has a limited number of registered places and uses the criteria stated in our place allocation policy to award places. Once places have been allocated and places accepted, we will then offer places out to those on our waiting list. We appreciate circumstances change; therefore we do ask that parents notify scheme of these changes as soon as possible.

v Forms will be available from Monday 19th May with a closing date window of Friday 30h May, this process involves completing the online form via this link https://forms.gle/WZBKA968Gig6ZZzXA Please note all forms returned after this date will be automatically placed on the waiting list.
v Parents will be notified of places allocated week commencing Monday 9th June 2025, parents will receive an email giving notification of awarded places,
v Your next step - you will be required to agree to our terms and condition via email, as acceptance no later than Friday 27th June, returning the email clearly stating in the subject area 2025/2026 Place allocation your child’s school year group as of September 2025 and your child’s name, failure to return your application by this date will result in your place being offered to another applicant.
