And just like that another year has passed, it doesn't seem 5 minutes since last year's fun filled summer scheme!
We are in demand and have received a great volume of interest, please do not delay as places are limited and are booked and secured with payment (please await confirmation of booking prior to making your payment). Bookings are based on a first come, first serve basis.
Please find attached the booking form for Summer 2026 holiday provision along with our registration and consent form (for new users of our scheme) along with a copy of our allergy plan and medication form should your child have any health or medical requirements.
Please view the program paying attention to our terms and conditions listed. Then complete your booking form submitting it electronically, including your specified method of payment.
If it is easier for you in the body of your email, detail your child name and the specific dates you would like to book.

- Please email us in a separate email (not on this thread as emails get lost)
- We will reply via email to confirm your booking and how to proceed
- Once confirmed please make payment (do not include money for trips / activities, exact cash is needed in a named envelope stating the trip and date) then provide proof
- Please note if payment is made without confirmation that space is available, you may incur a delay in a refund or have to use the payment as credit towards another holiday provision.
We will be delivering a 6 week provision over the summer holiday (closing Friday 28th August) from the large school hall, with drop off and collection at the main entrance of the school.
We will provide breakfast and high tea for the children and request you please send your child with a 'nut free' packed lunch and a named water bottle. As with British weather and its uncertainty please send your child in with a waterproof jacket and sensible footwear.
We look forward to offering a wide array of activities along with arts, crafts and plenty of outdoor activities.
