Fun, Friendly, Safe

Easter Holiday Provision 2026

Dear Parents/ Carers

We hope you are all well and are enjoying finally seeing the first signs of spring, with warmer days and lighter evenings.

Please find attached our Easter holiday provision booking form and program being delivered by Playcare, this will run from Monday 30th March through to Friday 10th April, excluding the bank holidays.  We have already had a considerable amount of interest and are expecting places to go very quickly, therefore we suggest booking without delay.

To book a place we ask to to send us your completed form attached in a separate email (so that bookings are not lost in email threads) with the subject header 'Easter Holiday Booking 2026' Should you have difficulty in completing either format of the form attached, please detail your requested usage in the body of the email and we can transfer it on to a booking form for you.

Your booking will be processed and you will then receive confirmation of your requested booking via email, once received you will be asked to make payment.

If your child is new to our provision or has not attended Playcare  since last summer please complete the attached registration and consent form for us to hold on file.

We will be operating from the large hall, situated at the main entrance of Kings Heath Primary school, Valentine road B14 7AA  (if you are driving there is the use of the main car park for drop off/ pick up). On the door will be a telephone number displayed, all parents on drop off and collection will be required to call this, as this is part of our safeguarding protocol and for health and safety systems, enabling us to only open the door to announced persons and to also provide  a secondary timed log for children arriving / departing.

As you can see by our fun packed program we have a wide array of activities on offer, these are supported by the children freely accessing arts, crafts and plenty of toys, it is for this reason we kindly ask you to ask your children not to bring in their own toys as these often get mixed up with our own toys or worse, end up being lost or broken.

Please provide your child with suitable clothing to facilitate outdoor play, and also send in a nut free packed lunch and a refillable water bottle….. we’ll take care of the rest.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards
